Natu & Co. undertook a transformative journey to remodel a 3-bedroom townhouse in Lagos's prestigious Ikoyi neighborhood. Tasked with creating a minimalist yet luxurious sanctuary inspired by the Mediterranean, we seamlessly blended contemporary design with the property’s timeless appeal. Through clean lines, high-quality materials, and an emphasis on natural light, we crafted a sophisticated, functional space designed to evoke tranquility and elegance. While our client’s preference for privacy prevents us from showcasing the final masterpiece, we’re delighted to share exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into the early stages of this remarkable project. We took on the exciting challenge of remodeling a 25-year-old, 3-bedroom townhouse in Lagos's exclusive Ikoyi neighborhood into a minimalist yet luxurious Mediterranean-inspired sanctuary. Our remodeling process began with a detailed analysis of the property, identifying key problem areas and conducting an in-depth structural investigation to assess its integrity and determine safe demolition limits. These findings provided essential insights that shaped strategic decision-making and guided the project toward its successful completion.
